Kathryn Curran was born in Charlotte,  North Carolina and moved to Raleigh in 1964 where she and her family live now.  Kate graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1981 and earned her law degree from the  University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1984.  Kate has been with the firm since 2002 and focuses her practice in estate planning, trust and estate administration and taxation law.  She is a member of the American, North Carolina and Durham Bar Associations and a member of the Estate Planning and Fiduciary Law Section of the North Carolina Bar.
